Questions before your first step?

Here are the practical details. If you need something different to take part, tell us — access needs are part of the planning, not an afterthought.

Ask another question
01Do I need previous dance experience?

Not at all. Sessions are designed to welcome complete beginners, with clear teaching and options for different confidence and mobility levels.

02What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely, plus supportive trainers or dance shoes. Cultural dress is welcome but never required.

03Are the classes suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. Beginner pathways start with accessible rhythm, expression and foundational movement before building complexity.

04Where are the sessions held?

Sessions are based in Liverpool, with exact venue details shared for each confirmed class or booking. A permanent address has not yet been published.

05Are online classes available?

Online learning is planned through live sessions and the Digital Dance Academy. Join the waitlist to hear when places open.

06Can you adapt workshops for different group sizes?

Yes. Workshop plans can be shaped around group size, setting, access needs and your intended wellbeing, inclusion or team-building outcomes.

07What information appears in the Progress Passport?

Personal goals, attendance, level, achievements, coach feedback, confidence check-ins and recommended next steps.

08How is participant information protected?

Only relevant programme information should be collected. Institutional reports use anonymised summaries. A full privacy notice will be published before live data collection begins.

09Do you offer wedding choreography?

Yes. Couples, families and friendship groups can request personalised choreography designed around their song, celebration and experience level.
